Owners Team Support:

PIG adds value by assisting and guiding the owner’s team through the study or project by developing and monitoring an overall plan of when to initiate the various building blocks to ensure that the project flow remains intact and thus objectives are met as envisaged. From overall project management, project controls and all disciplines of engineering to basic services such as procurement, planning, cost control, QA/QC and expediting. PIG seconds these resources to manage or integrate seamlessly into your team, full time or part time to suite your requirements and budget for an agreed duration.

Resources can be outsourced to take care of peaks in your resource histogram not warranting a full time hire or you may have a long term requirement that is not fully billable. Design & Engineering for Studies & EPCM Projects:

Studies: - PIG can undertake any form of study including NI-43-101 for the process beneficiation plants and associated infrastructure (all commodities). PIG can also undertake the lead on the overall study if required, effectively managing other consultants required to fulfil the entire studies requirements, such as geology and mineral resource, mining, tailings storage facility (TSF), environmental and social impact studies etc.
